Dungeon and Dragons is a club where students play the world-famous table-top roleplaying game. Students in the club create their own player characters who then go on adventures where the only limit to what will happen is the students' own imaginations. During play, students utilize their critical thinking and problem-solving skills, they have to navigate tense social interactions, and most importantly work together as a team to accomplish shared goals. Dungeon and Dragons club allows the students to strengthen their imagination, learn new perspectives other than their own, and exist in a space where they can take control of their life story and narrative. The students do this all the while exploring fantastical worlds, fighting magical creatures like dragons and centaurs, and of course having fun!
